 Role and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Install, Configure, and maintain hardware and software systems according to company policy.
  • Provide technical support to uses on Desktops, Laptops, IT Peripherals and Standard Softwares.
  • Support multiple internal SaaS-based applications and Platforms (Symantec Antivirus , Sophos etc)
  • Consulting with end-users to determine needs and providing user assistance in IT Services & Customer specific IT requirements
  • Liaise with hardware vendors in resolving OEM related issues.
  • Ready to work in any shift  (24*7 rotation 8 Hours support)


Educational Qualifications and Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree or Diploma (Computer Science /Electronics / Electrical Engineering
  • Knowledge and Experience on Windows 10 and Mac OS(option)
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, Linux, Ubuntu
  • Microsoft Certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of All general applications like MS Office, Adobe, and VPN. In installing and supporting.
  • Installing and supporting Printers.
  • Knowledge of Network basics
  • Experience in IT ticketing tools.
  • Immediate Joining is preferred
