Digital Marketing Executive with 1–4 years of experience.
About the Role
We're looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketer who can create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, Cold Email, and Telegram marketing.
You'll be responsible for generating qualified leads, running targeted ad campaigns, and experimenting with growth channels to efficiently acquire B2B and B2C users.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Search & Display Ads targeting intent-based users.
- Run Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) for both brand awareness and conversion goals.
- Launch LinkedIn Ads to target decision-makers (CXOs, Founders, SMB owners).
- Create and test cold email sequences using tools like Instantly, Smartlead, or MailRush.
- Identify and post in high-performing Telegram channels or groups for niche targeting.
- Write persuasive ad copy, cold email scripts, and creative briefs.
- Track, analyze, and report KPIs like CTR, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- A/B test landing pages, creative formats, and messaging regularly.
- Collaborate with design/content teams to deliver high-converting creatives.
- Manage budgets and allocate spending across channels based on performance.
Requirements
- 13 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or growth marketing.
- Proficiency in setting up and optimizing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience with cold email tools and understanding of warm-up/deliverability best practices.
- Understanding of Telegram Ads & community-based promotion (groups, influencers, bots).
- Solid knowledge of targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
- Analytical mindset with comfort in using Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and GA4.
- Strong copywriting skills can write concise, high-impact ads and emails.
- Basic knowledge of conversion funnels, landing pages, and A/B testing.
- Comfortable using tools like Canva, Google Tag Manager, Zapier, etc.
Good to Have
- Experience with tools like: Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist, PhantomBuster, Telegram Bot APIs.
- Worked in D2C, EdTech, SaaS, or local business outreach domains.
- Familiarity with CRM (Hubspot, Zoho, Pipedrive) and lead tracking workflows.
