About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our in-house marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a fresher or someone with up to one year of experience who has strong foundational knowledge in SEO, Email Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
- Write and optimize content for websites and blogs using SEO best practices.
- Manage and monitor email marketing campaigns — including newsletter design, A/B testing, and reporting.
- Handle day-to-day posting and engagement on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Track and analyze performance across SEO, email, and social platforms using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and others.
Requirements:
- 0–1 year of experience in SEO and digital marketing (internship or freelance experience also considered).
- Basic understanding of SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms like SendGrid, or similar.
- Knowledge of major social media platforms and best practices.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work as part of a team.
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):
- Google Analytics or Google Ads certification.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Experience using design tools like Canva or similar.
