About the Role::

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Engineer with 0–2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong foundational knowledge in cybersecurity operations, hands-on understanding of security platforms, and a keen interest in learning across multiple technologies. Certifications in Palo Alto (UTM, Prisma, High Capacity Firewall) are highly preferred, while additional certifications in Cisco and Fortinet will be considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day cybersecurity operations, monitoring, and incident response.
• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of Palo Alto                             Networks solutions (UTM, Prisma, High-Capacity Firewalls).
• Collaborate with various security, IT, and operations teams to ensure proper implementation of security policies.
• Contribute to firewall rule management, network segmentation, and threat detection activities.
• Participate in vulnerability assessments, security reviews, and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Maintain detailed documentation for processes, incidents, and system configurations.
• Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, vulnerabilities, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or IT security operations.
• Knowledge of firewall technologies, intrusion prevention, VPNs, and UTM platforms.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and incident handling.
• Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, etc.).

Preferred Certifications:

• Palo Alto Certifications (e.g., PCCSA, PCNSA, or PCNSE) – Highly Preferred
• Cisco Certifications (e.g., CCNA Security, CCNP Security)
• Fortinet Certifications (e.g., NSE 1–3 or higher)
