1. Network Engineer (Fresher)
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join as Network Engineers. This role offers an excellent
opportunity to build a career in networking by working with experienced professionals and gaining hands-on
experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting network devices (routers, switches,
firewalls).
2. Provide support in maintaining LAN/WAN networks and ensuring network security.
3. Monitor network performance and escalate issues when required.
4. Support end users with connectivity and related network issues.
5. Document network configurations, processes, and updates.
6. Provide first-level technical support to end users (hardware/software issues).
7. Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
8. Assist in software installations, upgrades, and patch management.
9. Ensure antivirus updates and system security compliance.
10. Log and track support requests, ensuring timely resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
- Knowledge of Cisco/Juniper devices will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
